Quality Assurance & Food Safety Specialist. Responsible for Quality Assurance and the development of proprietary food labeling standards.

2.Japan Food Service Association (JF), an industry-wide organization for food service chains（2019~2020）
Served as the Task Team Leader for the Sanitation Management Plan required by the Food Sanitation Act.

3.Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF)(2021~）
Currently serves as a facilitator for the Food Communication Project (FCP), leading forums focused on middle-management staff from food-related businesses and organizations.

4.Niigata University of Pharmacy and Medical Life Sciences(2019～）
Adjunct Instructor, teaching specialized courses on Food Labeling within the framework of Food Industry Crisis Management.
