Lisa Clark has worked in the Food Industry for over 30 years predominantly in the Technical & Corporate Quality realm. Experience with Nestle, Kraft Foods, The Coca Cola company and Simplot Australia in both product development and food safety systems, has lead her to the Allergen Bureau where she is able to combine her passions collaboration, mentoring and pragmatically implementing best practices for manufacturing sites.
