Jantra Daolert is a Food Safety and Quality Expert with over 25 years of international experience across manufacturing and Research & Development—a rare combination that enables her to deliver strong, end to end food safety and quality programs. With a background in food science and technology, she is known for her practical approach, hands on expertise, and ability to turn complex scientific concepts into practical, workable solutions for diverse manufacturing environments.

She has supported Nestlé factories across Asia, Oceania, and Africa, leading the development and improvement of Food Safety Systems, HACCP programs, Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices, hygienic design, and risk based quality frameworks. Jantra has also guided complex recovery and operational restoration efforts, helping plants return to safe and sustainable production.
