
Dr Sirinrat SRIKULNATH
Sirinrat Srikulnath is the Head of the Food Allergen Unit at the Food Quality Assurance Service Center, Institute of Food Research and Product Development, Kasetsart University, Thailand. She specializes in food safety, focusing on testing food products for safety in accordance with The Thai Food and Drug Administration. With expertise in food allergen testing in an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory, she has made significant contributions to research on food allergen labeling regulations, detection techniques, and management strategies for the Thai food industry. Sirinrat is also a member of the Ad hoc Joint FAO/WHO Expert Consultation on Risk Assessment of Food Allergens and serves on the Food Allergen Expert Subcommittee under the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards (ACFS), where she supports food allergen labeling and management for businesses.
