Speaker Biography

Maki Morita is the representative of the consumer group Food Communication Compass, and gives lectures and writes on food safety, food labelling, and consumer issues. She is a part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology and Otsuma Women's University. Her publications include "A Book to Understand the New Food Labelling (Published by the Women's Faculty of Nutrition)."
