Speaker Biography

In charge of food labeling regulations under the Food Sanitation Act, including allergen labeling requirements. Entered government service at the Narita Airport Quarantine Station in 2006. From 2013, worked at the Pharmaceutical Safety and Environmental Health Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, among others. Has held the current position since 2025.
