Masayoshi Tomiki has extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including R&D, production, marketing, and global sales of food allergen analytical testing kits at Morinaga BioScience, Inc. He was instrumental in the development of the current food allergen ELISA kit, which utilizes a pioneering extraction method now widely adopted by Japanese regulatory authorities. Following this development, Dr. Tomiki has spent over a decade traveling globally as a sales and technical specialist, dedicated to advancing allergen management and providing expert guidance on food safety testing.
