Speaker Biography

Dr. Kumi Mizutani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Fujita Health University Bantane Hospital.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of the Ryukyus in 2010. She subsequently completed her initial and advanced residency training at Nagoya Ekisaikai Hospital, where she obtained board certification in pediatrics and allergy.

Since joining Fujita Health University Bantane Hospital in 2018, she has played a central role in compiling the list of processed foods containing allergenic proteins. This booklet has been distributed to allergy specialty hospitals throughout Japan, and she has presented on its usefulness domestically and internationally.
