Dr Guo Miao

Dr. Miao Guo is the PepsiCo Food Safety and Quality Assurance lead for Great China Region. She has responsibilities for enabling deployment and commercialization of new innovations, business continuity initiatives, value engineering and brand stewardship while being responsible to verify & assure compliance to all quality & food safety systems for both Foods & Beverages and for all manufacturing models. She has multiple years industry experiences for manufacturing safe beverage and foods. She is an established scientist in food safety, food microbiology, and quantitative risk assessment, with over 35 food microbiology and biomedical publications. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Maryland College Park, USA.
