Dr. Masahiro Shoji spent over 40 years at Morinaga, where he pioneered the official methodology for allergen detection that remains the gold standard in Japan today. A key architect of national food labeling regulations, his influence spans from laboratory research to global food safety policy. Currently, he serves as a consultant for Bio-Innova Co., Ltd. in Thailand, spearheading innovation in the medical and biotechnology sectors.
